As a lender I would not want to lend money at a fixed interest rate for 30 to 50 years. There is way too much uncertainty for me to feel comfortable with that.
Looking at the dollars track record, Iβm expecting the inflation rate to move much higher in the coming decades.
Iβm also expecting the dollar to die within 30 years looking at Bitcoinβs rate of adoption.
