Time to start a new project and a new daily dev diary 📔 Following an inspiring discussion with Schabi from the #NewPipe team at #FOSDEM, I'm planning to build a YouTube client based on NewPipe for #SailfishOS. I plan to write about my progress every day ☀️ 🌔 Once again, mostly for my own benefit, but anyone interested to follow along is very welcome!

The video from my #FOSDEM talk "Mobile Browsers: the Best of Times, the Worst of Times" is now up online. It was a real privilege to present in the FOSS on Mobile devroom 📱 Thanks to the organisers, everyone who attended and also to everyone who was so gracious about it afterwards. I can get quite anxious in the weeks running up to a talk, but speaking at FOSDEM always feels worth it.

Really had an amazing day at #FOSDEM today. The #LinuxOnMobile stand was absolutely *heaving* all day (as were our neighbouring @npub1vnux...8mqn and @npub1xwaz...75q9 stands) even after all the other stands had left. So much interest in #AsteroidOS, #SailfishOS, #Mobian and @npub1pusp...aagp So great to see so many new and familiar faces. My only regret is that I didn't get to go to any talks. I'll have to set aside two weekends to watch all the videos!
