Since the end of World War II, America’s overarching goal has been to maintain absolute full-spectrum dominance and global hegemony. To achieve this, the U.S. must suppress its competitors, keeping them below its level of military and economic power. Russia stands as a prime example of a rival on the global chessboard. In his book, Scott meticulously traces this pattern from the Clinton administration through Trump’s first term (and even touches on his second), exposing the relentless meddling in other nations’ politics. This interference has fuelled colour revolutions, sown chaos, and caused immense death and destruction.

It equips us to counter the establishment’s relentless propaganda, which often reduces complex global issues to simplistic good-versus-evil narratives that pave the way for escalations and, ultimately, war. We must stop accepting these lies and cease passively granting our consent out of collective ignorance.
