Interesting and encouraging to see Penguin House specifically calling out using their content for training of large language models is not permitted and subject to copyright. I’d love them to go ahead and sue any end user of generative AI whose content appears to contain their copyrighted material. Don’t bother suing the owner of the tool, sue the end user — they have less money to defend themselves. #ai #genai
