I introduced HR 5811, the Restoring America's Leadership in Innovation Act of 2025 (RALIA).
RALIA reverses several harmful changes to patent law that arose from Supreme Court rulings and the enacted Leahy-Smith "America Invents Act."
I spoke this morning at the @US Inventor Annual Conference in DC, where I announced that I am reintroducing the Restoring Americaβs Leadership in Innovation Act (RALIA).
RALIA will reverse harmful changes to the US patent system and protect American inventors.
Government is shut down because Republicans offered to increase spending but Democrats want to spend even more.
Republicans:
Continue Biden budget from last year plus increased spending already approved in BBB.
Democrats:
Demand even more spending than during Biden.
Me:
Cut 1%

Terminate all federal funding and operational support associated with Solar Radiation Modification (SRM) activities conducted by the Dept of War, DARPA, NOAA, and other federal agencies!
Four corporations control 85% of meat sold in the U.S. Two are owned by China & Brazil.
Farmers are being squeezed and consumers are being gouged.
The answer is NOT to flood the market with foreign meat.

When beef & pork are imported into the U.S., should companies be required to label the country of origin?
Cars, tools, clothes, phones, and even chicken and seafood have country of origin labels.
In 2015 Congress removed the beef & pork labels even though I voted to keep them.
The U.S. should NOT use propaganda on our citizens, but that prohibition was lifted in 2013!
