Omg, I deposed this miscreant. He was responsible for the fraudulent approval (and illegal government promotion) of the mRNA vaccines after he chased off the two top vaccine reviewers at the FDA (Marion Gruber and Philip Krause).
At the end of a shutdown, everyone gets backpay for the period of the shutdown.
For that and other reasons, I have deemed all of my staff as essential.
We are writing bills, meeting with folks, introducing legislation, doing press, and taking phone calls from constituents.
I agree with Joel Salatin on EATS Act.
Regulating animal welfare is not an enumerated power of the federal government.
EATS Act would cancel state laws meant to protect animals. Whether I agree with those laws or not, it’s not my place to nullify them.
Here’s my solution to the shutdown. Pass 12 separate bills. I made this video in 2018 when Schumer did the same thing he’s doing this week. It’s really worth a watch, because some things never change…. Well… the color of my hair changed but that’s about it!
Remember, the swamp loves the threat of a shutdown. By withholding funding for things Americans want, they can get funding for things nobody wants.
