I watched a 2 minute ad today. It was an intentional act. I've gotten pretty good at side stepping ads. Ads are better received when they're something you seek out for a specific need. You feel less violated this way and you'll find that it makes focusing easier. It's almost impossible to completely avoid these, but there are ways to keep them to an insignificant "dosage".
