In a world that operates on the #BTC standard, only real investors will invest (like...they can read and comprehend a prospectus). Everyone else will just save their sats. #My2Sats
We are at that point where it's become equally (if not more) as important to be as plugged into an IRL community as your cyber community. Find one or build one, but have one. #My2Sats
Drama is draining to some and recharging to others. I've met folks from both camps in my life. But it hasn't occurred to me until now how stark that line is within most social circles. It exist IRL & in cyberspace. Yeah I can pretty slow sometimes at making some captain obvious connections. I laugh at myself. It's OK Shash 😄🤣😂. #RandomThoughts
Signing out for the day. GN #Nostr fam ✌🏽🌌🥱🛏️💤
Going through snail mail, with the expectation just about all of it will be going straight to the trash unopened. Glad I didn't, there was one hand written letter in the pile from a scarce friend whom is currently doing the mountain man thing in the hills of Panama Central America. Checking in on me. He's got prostate cancer. I'll file that one under the worst news I've gotten this month. He first hits me with all the progress he and wife have made on the property. About 2 pages of updates. And closes the letter with one sentence. "Yeah man, so I have prostate cancer and [insert wife name here] is getting on my nerves about it. Knowing him like I do it means it's probably too late and it's bad.
The stuff (plants, roots, mushrooms, etc) that are great for your body (and mind) usually dont taste that good or look pretty as a smoothie or shake. Sea Moss, Ginger, Tumeric, Ginseng,, Turkey's Tail, Lion's Mane, Beet Roots, Essaic, Chaga and a bunch of other stuff I didn't know how to spell. Personally, taste don't bother me. In the summer some ice and water does the trick and in the summer I'll make it a tea. No muss, no fuss. Uncle Bozz sent me a gallon, "portion for a month and put the rest in the freezer. This should last 3-4 months. Let me know when you need a re-up". He makes it from scratch (buys all the ingredients separately) and completely destroys the kitchen in the process. My aunt is used to it at this point.
