Took me 2 hours, but this scene seems to actually be *done!* And holy cow, my word count for tonight is 261, not negative. What the hell, I'll take it. #writing #AmWriting

Getting back on the #writing horse tonight, after too goddamn many days of not having the mental resources to handle it. And I think another reason I've been putting it off is that I knew I needed to cut a big chunk of stuff from one scene. It turns out to have been about 1138 words. Ouch. That'll make my graph look funny, but so what. Also, I can probably put them back in later on. This particular soliloquy isn't *bad*, it's just too early in the book for... 1/2 #AmWriting
