Years ago, I did a news interview for (I believe CBS) that was taped in a big empty room in an old building in old Hollywood, with the Hollywood sign looming above nearby. A plaque dedicated to animator Bob Clampett was mounted outside the main door to the building, and I was told that the room I was being interviewed in was where the original "Beany and Cecil" cartoon series (ostensibly for kids, but full of jokes aimed at adults) was actually drawn and animated. Very cool.

One of the currently rather strong signals for AI-voiceovers on #YouTube videos is unusual pacing and pauses in narrations.

#Google is rolling out AI features (that supposedly can be disabled) to #Gmail that will "scour" (their word!) all your email. Don't just say no, say HELL NO!

In the current environment, I no longer can trust any of the Big Tech firms.
