A few days ago, I had the honor of working as a photographer with an emerging designer who is also a model. She contacted me to hire my service because she was participating in a designers' competition and wanted professional photos of her participation, as she herself would be modeling her own design. When I arrived at the agreed upon location, I was surprised to see that the girl was wearing gigantic wings made of recyclable materials. She told me herself that it was inspired by the Victoria's Secret angels. We started by taking a couple of wide shots where her full body could be seen: #photostr #photography #plebs #plebchain

When I arrived at the agreed upon location, I was surprised to see that the girl was wearing gigantic wings made of recyclable materials. She told me herself that it was inspired by the Victoria's Secret angels. We started by taking a couple of wide shots where her full body could be seen: We explored different backgrounds to have variety in the photos: The girl is a model, so she was very confident in front of the camera and knew how to pose very well, which made my job a little easier! At this point, we had "warmed up" and took two of my favorite photos. First, the girl walking as if modeling: And then another photo from a low angle with an interesting background: Then we moved on to take more photos in a slightly closer shot. In these photos, we aimed to focus more on her face: The next photo is a close-up, and the result was simply beautiful: In all the previous photos, the girl was a little serious, so I told her to smile more, and we took the following photos: There was a small ray of light coming in where we were, and I got this idea to take this photo: And finally, I'll show you one of the photos I took of the girl as she walked the runway to exhibit her outfit in front of the jury and the public: In the end, both the girl and I were super happy with the results of this photoshoot. Today I am back with another set of street photographs that I took throughout the city where I live (in venezuela) . These photographs have a little bit of everything, and they all have something in common: in these photographs, I paid special attention to practicing layering composition to give more of a sense of depth to my street photographs. For example, the first photography has a blurred element in the foreground, a cone and people working in the middle ground, and the mountains in the background, all combined to create the sense of depth: Exactly the same with the photography of this man, who, furthermore, is an interesting character: A child looking out the window of a public bus. Even though the shot was "failed" because the camera didn't focus in time, I still liked it: A worker who was cutting the grass outside a house: Speaking of workers, this one was working on top of a ladder: The man in the next photography is also working. He is a car attendant (or car watcher) and lives off the tips that people voluntarily give him: A couple of people talking on the streets: The crossing between people... The city center, as busy as always: One of the architectural jewels of this city is a Gothic church: I took all the photos with my camera Canon R8 and a 24-105mm 4/f Lens. I want to share a new set of street photos where people are the main subjects. While creating this set of photos, I started exploring a unique perspective, focusing on taking shots from the side. You'll see the photos and understand! To be honest, I took all the photos on the same day while I was a passenger in a car. Although I could have taken photos from the front windshield, this time I focused on taking them from my side window, shooting from the side toward the people. That's why all the photos have this unique perspective that makes them feel different. I always aimed to photograph people because each of them can tell a completely different story. For example, the next photo of a woman walking: because of her position in the photo, we could think that she still has a long way to go to reach her destination. The next photo is of a man leaning against a wall; he's waiting for customers. Here in Venezuela, it's very common to see these kiosks everywhere, and they sell a little bit of everything! A family playing with their children in a park: This situation is understood here and in China... This woman surprised me because even though she was a bit old, she seemed to have impressive mobility. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to focus on her fast enough. I've already told you that informal street commerce is very common in Venezuela, so a flower stand on the street is no different from what you'd normally see. In this case, what's nice is how they adapted the car for their business: I took all the photos with my Canon R8 camera and a 50mm lens...
