Today I went to see a potential office for the professional photography studio I want to build. This office has 90 square meters, a reception area, an office, two bathrooms, and a large, open area where the studio would be located. One of the problems is that it's very expensive: renting $300 a month with strict requirements and a high entry fee (approximately $1,500 to close).
