Gradatim Ferociter (Slowly, slowly, ferociously): As a small child, I was asked to sweep the carpet in my grandparents living room. After struggling with little progress, my grand father noticed my frustration and tilted the broom sideways 🧹 saying “Calma, calma que tienes prisa”. I did not understand what he meant but with time, his wise words have helped me stay focused when progress/results feel distant.
