It's been my #NewYearsResolution to quit drinking caffeinated coffee and alcohol for the entire year. We've been well into the fifth month of this year, and I'm holding strong. I had my fair share of cravings, but I'm really enjoying being energized and clearheaded all the time. My sleep quality has increased tenfold, and I no longer need to sit in quiet existence for an hour each morning before becoming a pleasant human being.
