When you're offline, you can still read your timeline and interact with posts. Actions are queued and will be sent automatically once you're back online. You can check the pending actions queue anytime and cancel any action before it's sent. #Holos
Every day, #Holos proves you can run your own ActivityPub server on your phone. We approached the problem differently: instead of copying existing platforms, you're in control. No imposed style - not Twitter-like, Instagram-like, or YouTube-like. Enjoy everything the Fediverse offers and contribute your way.
#Holos detects ActivityPub message types and adapts the display accordingly. For example, event posts highlight event-specific data like dates, location, and description.

#Holos now fully supports privacy-friendly front-ends for most social networks. Opt-in to enable, then customize instances or toggle them individually.
One perk of running your own instance on your phone with #Holos, you control your custom emojis. The relay can offer some, but you're free to use your own. Import them from other instances or upload your own. When composing, you can filter and search through them easily.
#Holos app is getting really close to its beta release. You can now quote posts, create polls, and attach media with alt text descriptions. Opening a conversation shows you the full thread with all replies. Delete requests between servers are working properly, along with all other ActivityPub communications. The federation layer is solid - posts, likes, boosts, follows all sync correctly with remote instances like Mastodon.
#Holos is progressing nicely. The mobile app now receives all notifications from the Fediverse, follows and unfollows work properly, and you can compose posts. The menu gives access to lists, bookmarks, filters and followed tags. Display settings offer different view modes depending on what you want to browse, all from a single account. Relay server code will be available in a few days. Feel free to bother [@holos_dev](
We've been getting asked a lot lately: why #Holos?
Your social data stays on your device. You own it, it's private, you decide what happens with it. This unlocks powerful local tools that shared servers can't offer. Since ActivityPub does not lock you into one format, we take full advantage. Same account, but the interface can change in a tap. Text feed, photo grid, video player. One identity, your rules. That's our goal, and we're getting closer every day.
