I think this analysis by Garbage Day is a bit too early. more likely that the Brazilian Debate Chair moment was the first viral moment for Brazilian Bluesky, which can now establish itself in relation to the other networks. i think this is a funny side effect of having a very good native app. Mastodon's native app isnt great, so there was lots of interest in building 3p clients. lots of competition happens, and now mastodon has by far the best apps with stuff like Phanpy. RE:
