) - it really clearly lays out why so many projects to adopt open source alternatives to big tech products fail, and why we see so many large organisations adopting abysmal products like Microsoft teams and so on in the face of cheaper, less terrible software - it's about so much more than the software.
It also lays out a set of sensible things you need before even starting a project to adopt OSS alternatives in orgs:
