Light meeting day so I was able to get in 30+ minutes on the treadmill desk around lunch.

Walking plus some strength training today.
Didn’t record any activities as my watch battery was low and I feared not getting the step count logged.
Last year @Rijndael put Nostr November on my radar. I use Nostr daily at this point.
This November I’m going to make an effort to use my newly flashed Linux laptop as my daily driver (with an exception for work which requires some Windows-only software).

Too little sleep last night so took it easy today: just walks.
Back at it with some higher aerobic activity and some strength training.
