So my boomer parents signed up with River. I was in town and trying to help them move some of their funds to cold storage. They dutifully scanned in their drivers licenses and took selfies. They got emails this morning saying "it didn't work. Try again Jan 8". So they called the telephone number and got help right away. An initial glitch due to automated systems but handled very efficiently by customer service. This does a lot to engender confidence. Kudos to the River team! I will continue to sing your praises.๐ ๐งก
