Baked Alaska - Yonder Brewing - 5.0% ABV. B++ and a touch. Fruity, pleasingly sour with a hint of sweetness. Really refreshing #ale #beer #bier 3.6/5. Sometimes you need a Fine Sour and this is it. Totally balanced and Birthday Party ready. Hats off to the West Country.

Chasing Stars - Dark Element - 5.6% ABV. B++, hugely murky Taffy goodness. Juicy, murky, fruity with a hint of pepper and spice #ale #beer #bier 3.5/5. Charity brew with 10% going to a Hospice. Solid but relaxing brew. Brewed ten metres/yards away. Already getting sleepy 😴

Earthbound - Dark Element - 5.5% ABV. B++, it’s got the lot. Malty, fruity, hoppy, tropical, juicy with a hint of spice in the gently bitter finish #ale #beer #bier 3.5/5. It’s open and it’s warm. Fine Ales in abundance and nice fast WiFi. The afternoon is looking really good. The Project, Caerphilly.
