the common thing about bluesky slop served by Discover is that these posts make me feel stupider than i was before i read them. it’s almost a physical sensation that i didn’t even know was possible before the “blue wave” arrived. it’s like the feeling of my brain getting smoothed
did the avi follow button get killed in feeds intentionally? maybe as a preparation for the live status? or is that a bug?
kind of annoying that critical stuff gets the most engagement, whatever the topic. social media bla bla

the new “hide post on show less” behavior isnt bad per se but it leaves no way to block the poster which is usually the next thing i want to do. annoying

it’s wild that when i say “@gork is this true”, i get “yeh” in the same appview response — which means that my post manages to get from my pds to relay to the bot, and then the bot posts to its pds, which also gets to relay, and both posts get indexed by bsky appview in time for the client retry RE:
