there is no end-to-end encryption on telegram groups/regular chats. it's an incredible responsibility to hold that much data. i don't approve of what was done to pavel, of course it's unfair, but you have to be realistic. running a business like telegram is as dangerous as using telegram is dangerous for a user. if telegram can see conversations between people, others will want to see them too. keep it open-source and encrypted.
