#Mastodon (the company not the network itself) creates a fundraiser to add a Trust & #Safety lead to their workforce. Never seen this kind of initiative before, but I think this is a very necessary role to be filled on the company that creates this piece of software that many people in the #fediverse uses, so I will recommend donating and amplifying this
