Break the cycle of hitting the drive-thru everyday. Run into Publix or your favorite grocery store and grab these two items. Kevin's sirloin steak precooked entree ✅ Main St bistro Roasted potatoes ✅ Cook them the air fryer and microwave It may not look like much but it is a balanced meal. Protein, fat, and carbs. This is less than $20 and the calories are not crazy. This may be better than the drive-thru but it still has a lot of sodium in it because it is a processed packaged food. In the future, you can get beef tips and make your own gravy but right now start with baby steps. At least you're not eating a pizza and washing it down with soda.
