The flotilla of around 45 ships, including the Libyan vessel Omar al-Mukhtar, is expected to reach the Strip within three days. An additional eight ships are also joining from Italy, with a dedicated vessel carrying journalists and doctors set to depart next Wednesday. Organizers describe the mission as one of "human conscience," calling on states and institutions worldwide to back efforts to break the Israeli blockade on Gaza.
