I’m still going to develop an Ollama based app but the more I use it the more I realize ai is totally useless. Even paid models.
Vibe coding doesn’t work. Vibe coders, until the end of time, will be able to make some of the most beautiful and well designed apps available, but they will be impossible to maintain or to add new features to. Vibe coded apps cannot be updated easily.
I don’t get why LLMs feel the need to respond with hundreds of words to a 10 word input. Why does it decide to rewrite my whole program instead of telling me the fix one fix at a time? If you just use the code, it breaks other things. Every model just thinks you want to produce content, but they suck so bad at it. Fucker I want you to consolidate documentation. Stop “here, I updated your code so now it will all work” just for it to work less well than the current setup. FUCK.
I wish these things could be smarter.
