In the 1980s you would be told "OK buddy, die of a heart attack" for suggesting red meat be at the top of the food pyramid. This change is better than what the last 4+ generations were told to eat (up to 12 servings of bread/grains per day? GTFOH)
Anyway, the purple line borders what I include, except the milk (mostly meat and veg, I don't fuck with most fruit & all grains be diabetic--berries I'm fine w/in moderation and I don't drink milk)
