Four loads of branches to process today! The windy season corresponds with spring garden turn over time. Which means when we are busy cleaning up the paddocks of fallen branches we have the bonus of fresh mulch for the veggie beds. We have 2 weeks until our next cow goes in the freezer and until then need to eat this much unloved cut. Please help!! How do you make silverside enjoyable??
