This is beneficial to the Fediverse network because Kpop and Kdrama related accounts are one of the most sought after in social media or SNS, which, let's be honest, pretty much lacking in the Fediverse. (Many of them easily embraced the ATmosphere network instead.)
There seems to be a new Threads setting that I don't know where I can find: you can reply to posts but prevent the thread owner from replying to your reply. It allows someone to invade your thread but you can't defend yourself. You can't link/quote it either. In other words, breeding ground for trolls. I immediately blocked the troll. πŸ˜‚πŸ€ͺ
