Mistodon: @Tekst_tv has drawn a #teletext adaptation of Charles O'Rear's Sonoma vineyard photograph 'Bliss', famously used as the default wallpaper for #WindowsXP & likely the most viewed photograph in human history. This screen was included in the MIST1121 artpack collection.

Mistodon: this #ANSIart screen depicting the horned, winged succubus #Albedo from the #Overlord novel/manga/anime series was drawn by Zeus II as an advertisement for Shurato's Heavenly Sphere BBS. It was included in last month's spooky MIST1024 artpack collection.

Mistodon: it seems that back in 2020 (!), when AdeptApril's #ANSIart calendar illustrations were being drawn, November the 6th fell on the first Friday in November -- on which occasion is celebrated #FountainPen Day. This year November's first Friday would have been on Nov 1st, but this is the screen we have to share so you just have to do a little time travelling with us ... but you can handwrite about it in elegant calligraphy in your time travel journal afterwards!

Mistodon: this horrific #ANSIart image, like something off of a Garbage Pail Kids card, was the only submission @npub1a0hz...cgqw had for last month's spooky MIST1024 artpack collection... but it's a humdinger! In chat people were asking why the only word the image was tagged with was "bisect" and I ask you what one word would better describe what you're seeing here? Worst of all, Velcro Boy is _smiling_ as he's torn apart. It's a mess, is what it is.

Mistodon: this #ANSIart accompanied the culmination of #EdgarAllanPoe's #MasqueOfTheRedDeath in Lobo Spitouf's complete illustrated #ANSIPOE collection for BBSes, reprinted in the MIST1017 artpack collection released seven years ago this month.
