I have a pen with a #scratchy nib, but it's an FA (flexy) nib ground to snap back to EF. So if it's made less scratchy, I will loose the snap back to a really thin line. What to do? The North Sea where I live near is always murky brownish. We had a lot of fun when fountain pens and inks came out with beautiful blue colours named after the North Sea for the Dutch Pen Show, which had that theme. Have you ever had an ink spill that was impossible to #remove. I've had a few spetters, but luckily all cleanable.
