I owe a lot to this sport. From discipline, to humility, to remaining calm in stressful situations, jujitsu has provided me with a foundation to maintain strong relationships, find and keep a job that I love, and maintain my mental health both during COVID and as a “content creator.” This sport has truly changed my life.
