It's cool to hear Trump is coming around to the idea of naming things what the rest of the world calls them. Let's fix this one next

So how it seems to work is: Unconstitutional = Trump can do whatever he wants with no repercussions. Constitutional = The same, except he also pays defense contractors millions of dollars to check the [x] "war crime is allowed" box before he does it. Got that right?
