A half-hour before sunset, the neighbor down the mountain just fired the 11th shotgun shell in succession. Gotta love routine. It's overcast and 62º F on the mountain, but the Springlike weather is ending. Rain in the wee hours and much cooler temps for a couple days. Prayers for everyone in actual Winter conditions, especially those in the Upper Midwest about to experience a Bombogenesis aka "Bomb Cyclone." Please keep us posted, if you can. ❤️

Dropped a Crock-Pot full of chili beans between the fridge and counter. Had to put Charlene with her throw in the bathroom to keep her safe from shards, and eating it. Cleaning it up as I can. Such a klutz, but also ortho boot. 🤷‍♂️
