The Trump regime has publicy commented on supporting CECOT numerous times. 2. The Trump regime refusing to comment for this particular story is their choice. They're not a victim to be catered to. 3. Refusing to air a story because it could be damaging to the administration makes you state media. That's what CBS is now. State Run Media. Drop CBS permanently.

From 1990 to 2017 there were ~290 people denaturalized from citizenship after extensive due process proved they'd broken immigration law. In 2026 the Trump regime plans to denaturalize up to 2500 people. You can bet he will almost exclusively target Black and brown people. And you can bet he will target dissenters and critics. Because as his own chief of staff admits—Trump is not driven by justice. He is a vindictive, revenge filled petty little man doing his best to build a white ethno state.

Today, the House of Representatives passed a barbaric piece of legislation that would subject migrant children to invasive bodily searches, keep them in prison, and refuse to let them be released to their families.
