Took time to get here. Now starts cleaning process before roasting. Tried some yesterday, did a dark roast.

First dried batch of the season! ☕ #Cafe #Coffee Grown and dried by me, right here in the Dominican Republic. 🌱 100% organic, no mixed beans—just my take on traditional coffee growing. Not sure what the best roast is yet, but I’ll be testing to find out. Have you roasted your own coffee before?
