When done so, the experiencing will lead to insights that were previously unexplored, & therefore unknown. As the insights become known, the purpose of the experiencing becomes clear, leading to increased clarity & increased perception, therefore enhancing focus of mind & #PMA (Present Moment Awareness)...
...this allows us to increasingly interpret reality, in real-time, with far greater depth, #meaning & purpose than we thought possible, when we were sitting in judgement...
