Something that I like about the home menu being just a suspend menu as in the wiiu instead of also being the system's main menu as in the 3ds is that you get silence if you suspend the game. On the 3ds I have to do L–down–select to bring up the cfw menu instead because the home menu has BGM. There is also the shitch way of having no BGM anywhere but that is soulless.
