Then exhaled light, forgiveness, and clarity — through strikes on the bag. Hard punches, soft heart. If it got too intense or I drifted, I dropped the vision and returned to breath and body. Felt real. Felt effective. This is Tonglen. This is training. This is prayer through action. Not every round. Just a few. Enough to stay awake.
