SHHHH

🌿 June 6 –
In my dream, there was a place of deep #peace. I was surrounded by nature, and suddenly, I could see myself from the outside. It wasn’t just a reflection—it was me in another body, simply existing there. What I saw went far beyond what my current eyes could ever imagine.
There was something very clear about the ochre color, almost like the whole landscape was tinted in it. When I woke up, two words came into my mind instantly and powerfully: #meditation and #Bitcoin.
It felt like an expansive panorama of stillness—I was both the one watching and the one being watched, from somewhere beyond.
✨ Before heading home to rest and reflect on all you've accomplished…
How do you reset your balance?
🏋️♂️ A tough gym session?
🌿 Outdoor cardio to clear your mind?
🧘♀️ A quiet moment on the mat with some yoga?
How do you seal your day?
Make it a ritual.
Close your day with presence.
That’s where the mind finds its answers.
That’s where balance begins.
👇 What's your way to seal the day?
“Rise, child. Recall the forgotten. Remember the truth.”
“To be born human is to hold the key to liberation.
Use it, before it slips away.”
But you can.
This is a rare and sacred opportunity.
Don’t waste it.
A worm cannot meditate.
A bird cannot question its thoughts.
A stone cannot liberate itself.
You can reflect.
You can choose love over fear.
You can transform pain into wisdom.
“Out of countless forms of existence, you were born human.”

“A human being is part of a whole called by us ‘universe,’
a part limited in time and space.
They experience themselves, their thoughts and feelings,
as something separated from the rest—
a kind of optical delusion of consciousness.
This delusion is a kind of prison for us,
restricting us to our personal desires
and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison
by widening our circle of compassion
to embrace all living creatures
and the whole of nature in its beauty.”
— Albert Einstein
