A short thread in explaining why group DMs with media attachments aren’t in Bluesky-the-product. And, in fact, current 1:1 DMs aren’t part of the protocol. TLDR it’s a hard unsolved problem, different trade offs (including full centralization like we have now) make it easier. RE:
