Unsere Demokratie ist nicht "wehrhaft". Sie ist sogar hilflos. Wehrhaft sind Menschen und Gruppen, Zusammenschlüsse, die politische Allianzen aufbauen um demokratische Rechte gegen die, die sie schleifen wollen, verteidigen. Wehrhaft können nur wir zusammen sein.

Ich war bei diesem Ergebnis eigentlich nur davon irritiert, _wie_ hoch die FDP noch ist.

Recently a film crew wanted to interview me on my criticism of AI. But they were very adamant on filming me in a very techy context just to show "that I don't just hate tech". They probably had good intentions but it is a pattern that whenever you criticize one of the popular technologies you have to first bow down and claim "of course this stuff can be useful" before arguing against the most horrific shit. This isn't just mentally draining and sometimes painting your criticism in a wrong light, it also is a pattern that forces critics of a thing to legitimizing it. A way to make fundamental, structural criticism harder. The self-defense of the status quo.

mastomsg allows you to send a DM either to a list of people or to all accounts younger than a certain timedelta (think: everyone who joined in the last 3 weeks). It's intended use is for example to send welcome DMs to people who just joined your server. Nothing big but maybe it helps a few people. You can also install it via pip `pipx install mastomsg`
