Yes, the system is rigged. That’s precisely why we need decentralized tools and public dissent. Otherwise, we’re just optimizing our cages. #Bitcoin was born from protest — the Genesis block literally embeds protest against central banks. If protest is meaningless, then Bitcoin’s origin is meaningless too.

Nonviolent direct action is not a substitute for self-sovereignty — it’s a complement to it. Gandhi spun his own cloth and led marches. MLK preached economic self-empowerment and marched in Selma. Resistance requires both private sovereignty and public defiance. They are not either/or — they are both/and.

Observation of the day: Poor people don’t know what to do with their lives except for buying things they don’t need to impress people they don’t like.
