A prominent Palestinian activist who helped lead last spring's protests at Columbia University has been arrested by federal immigration agents.

As someone who studied the post-WWII order in pursuit of his History degree, I can’t even begin to describe my reaction to today’s events at the White House. Stunned is part of it. Horrified is another part. Words truly do fail me in the face of such utter, craven betrayal.
