As a node runner I do not want to relay spam, especially CSAM. Increasing default setting of datacsrriersize to enable spam/CSAM is utterly deranged. Nothing justifies it.

Shouldn't this calculation depend, not just on the volume of the room, but on how many people are in the room, or (probably even better) the rate at which different people pass in and out of the room?
