Ok what is the deal? Someone followed me, liked a post then immediately blocked me? I don’t follow back often because of a) bots b) spam c) follow for follow is how so many people end up with a trash following feed. Sometimes I put people on a list to watch for a bit.

Why did you want to lift weights again? Me: so I can haul in firewood and not be sore the next day. Also so I’m less likely to dislocate bones. Summer swimming I have more core and arm strength than winter hiking. Need to start balancing it out.
