With the tax on SBRs and suppressors now reduced to $0 as per the language in HR1, the necessary registration of suppressors and SBRs without an accompanying tax represents an unconstitutional infringement that can be challenged in court. Several pro-2A groups are readying a salvo of lawsuits against the federal government once Trump signs HR1 into law. This will be a long and protracted fight though, and the current SCOTUS has already more than proven that it is an avowed enemy of the Second Amendment.
