It’s Monday, December 15.
According to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, Public Law 119-38, signed by President Donald Trump on November 19, the Attorney General must release to the public the Epstein files in possession of the DOJ and FBI by Friday, December 19.
I’m heartbroken that we lost soldiers in Syria, but now is the time to ask: Why are we in Syria? I offered an amendment last week to defund foreign military groups in Syria. We should withdraw U.S. forces as well. This coming week I’ll sponsor legislation to repeal the 2001 AUMF.
Three things I’ll never believe about the January 5/6 pipe bomb story:
🚫the bomber was a lone wolf
🚫FBI was this incompetent for four years on a case this consequential
🚫perpetrators were pro-Trump
If Epstein Files are a hoax, why did
❓@SpeakerJohnson fight the bill
❓@FBI spend $1 mil trying to redact
❓@AGPamBondi give out binders
❓@GOPoversight subpoena estate
❓@TheJusticeDept open investigation
⁉️@realDonaldTrump sign Epstein bill
✅ Justice is coming.
Please pray for our National Guardsmen and their families. The news probably won’t tell you this: the U.S. House of Representatives voted to relax vetting and increase visas for Afghan nationals seeking to enter the United States during the Biden administration, but I voted no.
Troubling deflection by @npub1m8ps...3w03 when asked if he will follow Epstein Files Transparency LAW passed by Congress and signed by the President.
Example of documents in his possession that must be released: FD-302 forms summarizing interviews (w/ only victim names redacted).
