A bit of Americana - this is a vintage shot of Hay Street, the old red-light district of Fayetteville, NC, affectionately known as Fayettenam. Adjacent to Ft. Bragg, home of the 82nd Airborne, you can see two MPs in the shot. The city began cleaning up the area in the 80s.

@endonend I have long published a "links of the week" post on my blog every Saturday. This week I included Crucial Tracks. I love the concept. It makes me think of the first time I heard Lucinda Williams or saw Doc Watson.
