Still looking for work. I'm a staff engineer with copious FOSS experience. I'm primarily Python, but a healthy amount of other web platform including TypeScript and React. I'm also pretty good at DBA stuff and have built or maintained multiple data pipelines stuff (primarily of the "built from scratch" variety, but happy to pick up tools.)
I just extracted the last of my savings. I don't have insurance, and one of my meds is a full third of my mortgage payment for approximately a month's supply.
US, PNW based, Remote only, happy to do short term contract to keep us fed and housed.
